Already KEN RIMBA has been awarded two BCA Green Mark Awards from Singapore, cementing our belief that the "Green" ideal need not be confined to the purview of luxury construction alone, but can indeed be incorporated into the so called staple housing market.
We are conveniently located along both the Federal and NKVE highways, close to major highways and transportation routes. We are also one of the first townships to have built a covered walkway leading to the KTM station (Padang Jawa stop). The KTM commuter train connects directly to the Sentral Train Station making the journey into town convenient and hassle-free.
2010 saw the launch of the first two components of KEN RIMBA, namely KEN RIMBA LEGIAN RESIDENCES (Legian Residences) and the KEN RIMBA COMMERCIAL CENTRE (KRCC).
Both were met with great enthusiasm from homebuyers and investors alike with over 80% sold in the first month of launch. Legian Residences, consisting of 328 two-storey terrace houses has been awarded the BCA Green Mark Gold Award, making it the first such development in Malaysia to achieve this level of recognition.
To date, Legian Residences and the KRCC have been completed.
KEN RIMBA JIMBARAN RESIDENCES (Jimbaran Residences) was launched in early 2013 with tremendous success. Jimbaran Residences, consisting of 168 two-storey terrace house complete with loft have set another standard of green development having been awarded the BCA Green Mark Goldᴾᴵᶸˢ Award (Provisional).
The entire township is scheduled to be completed in 4-5 years' time, and when completed, will consist of 2 phases of terraced houses, 2 phases of condominiums with full facilities, commercial shoplots, and a commercial lot.
